Cost Effecive Business Legal Services

Our firm commitment to our clients is to deliver high quality legal services, promptly and cost effectively for the individual or business client. Hughes & Dunstan, LLP, supports the legal needs of our clients with experienced attorneys and staff, and we maintains strategic relationships with lawyers in practice areas distinct from our firm, i.e. patent, copyright, personal injury law, family law, etc. Our clients range from public companies to private sole proprietorships and individuals, from manufacturing and banking to entrepreneurial individuals, and from established successful businesses to exciting start-up opportunities, and individuals with real estate, asset protection, estate planning, tax resolution, bankruptcy and probate matters.

Hughes & Dunstan, LLP, was formed in 2001 and merged the expertise and experience in business law and litigation, bankruptcy, appellate and asset protection matters of Sharon Coverly Hughes and Simon J. Dunstan. In mid, 2003 Ronald A. Hughes joined the firm bringing to our existing and new clients his expertise and experience in the private sector as general counsel and director of contracts for private and publically traded companies over the past 25 years.  In addition, he brought to the firm his 25 years of experience in tax preparation and resolution of IRS disputes.
Hughes & Dunstan, LLP offers its clients a full range of legal and business services in these areas of practice.
